Our tie subscription service is simple and convenient. You can choose from different subscription plan periods such as monthly, every second month or every third month.
Once you sign up, we'll send you a new tie with free accessories according to your plan.
Yes, you can. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 3 days before the orders are processed which occurs on the 1st day of every month.
Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it. However, for all non-faulty returns, including change-of-mind, the shipping is done at the own customer's expense. The original shipping charges are also non-refundable in this situation. For faulty items, Untied Tie Club will cover the cost of shipping - please contact us on info@untiedtieclub.com to discuss further.
Please note: For our Untied Subscription Service items will not be refunded if the customer is unhappy with the appearance (including design, colour etc.) of the product. The excitement of the Untied Subscription Service is the surprise with each month's release - if this is not for you, you may prefer to have a look at our other designs on our online store.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please contact us on info@untiedtieclub.com for international orders. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
