Don't assume we don't sell it just because it isn't on the website.

We can often source products specifically for you.

We don't stock every possible style because some products are expensive to keep sitting around waiting for someone to buy them. But if you want something specific, we're more than happy to see what we can find.

2. We'll hunt it down

We'll check what's available through our suppliers and see whether we can source it for you.

3. We'll give you the price

We'll come back to you with the available option, price and estimated timeframe.

4. You decide

Happy with it? We'll order it.

Not quite right? No problem.

Yes, we can get self-tie butterfly bow ties.

This is one we get asked about regularly.

We don't stock self-tie butterfly bow ties because they're considerably more expensive than our pre-tied option.

But if you want one - we'll happily look into getting one for you.

The same goes for other products, colours and styles that aren't currently listed on the website.
